Reload Failure Alert on QMC is not working?

Hi All,

I have created a alert on QMC to get the alert on failure of any reload job. But Its not working for me, i am not getting any alert on qmc reload job failures.

I have also checked for test mail sending using mail server on QMC, which is working fine for me. Can anyone please advise on this?

please let me know in case any further detail is required from me to investigate this.

Hi,

try With Your hostname, not the ip adress in Host name:

is the mailadress you use a domain adress?

Before you do a New test, delete the mail adress in Send test e-mail to: should be empty.

"With Your host name, not the ip address in Host name:" we are using this in n-printing server as well and its working fine there.

so i think this is not the case here.
