Reload a document with variable suffix

Hello everyone,

I have a question about qv publisher 9/10.

i need to schedule the reload of a document.

This document must be scheduled monthly and must create another document with the same name but with suffix yyyymm whenever will be updated.

I need this to have a document for each month.

how i do this? it's possible?

if it's possible the document has the same properties of the original document (document cal,usage cal,session cal etc) ?

You can use the reduce task to rename the file and distribute to save it in the same or different folder. It is a different document so you might have to reassign the document cal.

Why do you want to do this? Do you want to backup the file or communicate to the user the last reload date in the filename?
