Remove toolbar buttons and functionality

Several months ago I am sure I was able to control what is displayed on the Ajax client toolbar. For the life of me I can't find where to do this for a QVW when displayed by the ajax client. Specifically I want to remove the create quick chart button. How do I do this?

Well, I could tell you how to remove the toolbar entirely, but removing individual buttons is trickier. I played around with this and the best I could come up with is to remove the file C:\Program Files\QlikView\Server\QvClients\QvAjaxZfc\htc\QuickChartWizard.htm. The button will still remain in the toolbar, but will produce a "Page Not Found" when users click on it.

I know this isn't elegant; sorry I couldn't be of more help.

This is actually a document property. You can go to the QVW open the document, go to Document Properties. On the Server tab you will uncheck the three options for server collaboration.
