Report disabled

I am new user of Qlikview, and I can't use the reoprts because is disabled.

I installed ie7 and after this i installed the plugin(Qlikview) for ie, my OS is winXP.

I alread reinstalled both and the reports are always disabled, i use CAL, and tried in ohter pc with my user, OS is win7, and the reports work.

How can I make to work in my pc of winXP?
