Retrieving User Key during VM upgrade

Hi, we've moved the machine hosting our Qlikview application from a physical box to VM.  Now when trying to open the apps we're getting the attached error.  How can we resolve this?

Thanks in advance,

Since this is a QlikView related question, I will move this to the QlikView boards.

You are getting this message because you are using an unlicensed version of QlikView desktop, Personal Edition.

To open the file, check the checkbox, "yes I want to continue" this will take a recovery attempts.

Below is a link to an article that explains this.

Great!  Thanks @Maria_Halley.  I continued opening the file and it opened and recovered all the other files.  Thanks for the help!
