Hi,

I'm having a problem with section access. The section access is filtering a value of a field in a data island. We have checked a lot of possibilities but we didn't find the solution yet. Anyone had this problem or an idea of what is possibly happening?

If we disable "data reduction based of section access" all values are displayed.

(Second attmept at providing a useful reponse) It seems illogical that your Date Island is affected by Section Access and Data Reduction. However, there are a number of factors that may influence Section Access behavior of which you didn't provide details.

Therefore, would it be possible to post an example document that shows this unexpected behavior?

We finally solved this issue by restarting the server's services.
