Send to Excel button/function not available in Ajax

I am working with QVS SR3, using a document (qvw) with a "send to Excel" icon almost on all object.

When accessing through plugin, I see the icons and also when I right click I have the option to send to Excel, and export is working fine.

With Ajax, the icon disappeared from all object, and when I right click an object, the "send to Excel" option is not even in the dialog.

Home that some one can help with this...
