Send to Excel problem

Hi,

A user of my company can´t export tables or charts to excel, when he cliks the button XL of the title of the chart the excel program is executed but is empty. There isn´t any sheet, any data.

Can anybody help me?

If you are using Windows 7, here is what we had to do:

Go to Tools option in the internet explorer.---->Go to Security.  Add the the Accesspoint to the secured websites.
