Hello,
I have a document on which users can create their own objects (sheets, charts,...). If a user creates an object, it is saved and shown the next times the user opens the document, but if the user copies an object (list, line chart, ...) from the document, and then changes its type to another one, the next time the user opens the document, the new transformed object is not shown. If I go to QMC, I can see the object id under the document server objects list.
Any idea / suggestion?
Thanks in advance,
Iñigo
If the lost object is listed in the QMC, it should appear in the Repository as well. If your user locates the new object in the repository and imports it again, does it stay put?

BTW you're sure that the new object isn't hidden behind some other user-created (or QVW-) object? They do tend to migrate behind other objects when they reside on the same layer...
Try creating the object in new blank Sheet. if Object is visible now, then I am sure it's hiding behind in the main Sheet that the user is currently using now.
Hello,
Thanks for your answers.
I was alredy creating the new object in a blank sheet so it is not hidden under any other object.
As pcammaert suggested, I have search the object in the Server Object Panel and added it to the document, and then the object stays visible.
This is not a correct behaviour, isn´t it?
