Im trying to update the session limit.
My users are logging in using QV 11 Desktop, opening the Document in server.
Seems like the session timeout is always 1 hour,
I updated the limit in 3 different places:
1. QMC
2. Document
3. Config file (C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\WebServer)
But still session timeout is 1 hour.
Any suggestions?
Maybe a network element, like a load balancer or proxy in between the Desktop and the Server which is closing the connection?
You understand that clients will not get a "Session closed" message, unless some activity is performed in the client?
What is not clear from your OP is whether you're trying to lower your Session Timeout or increase it...
