Task showing running in QMC left window but completed on task history

Hi,

When I look at a task in QMC, it shows running. However, when I look at its task history, the same task shows completed which is correct. The task is complete but QMC still shows it as running. The issue only started after I clustered the publisher and add a second distribution server to it. When I had a single distribution server. the issue was not there. Please have a look at below snapshot
