Timestamp is not updating correctly on the access point document

Hi,

We are facing once challenge that Timestamp is not getting updated on the access point qlikview document even though the last modified timestamp of the document is updated in the file share where the documents are being stored.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated to fix this issue.

Regards,

Raju

Hi @Raju_6952,

I assume you meant to state that the "file share got updated with correct timestamp but not in AccessPoint."

Suggest you recreate the .META file associated with the app. An app's associated meta file contains information, including reload timestamp information, and can be recreated if necessary.

  1. Stop the QlikView Server service (QVS)
  2. Navigate to the QlikView User Documents folder where the apps are stored.
  3. Locate the .META file for the affected app
  4. Delete the file (or rename it/move it)
  5. Restart the QVS, then republish the app and the .META file will be regenerated
