Unable to recieve email notifications from Qlikveiw Super Server Agent

Hello Everyone ,

                           We are unable to receive email notifications from Qlikview Super Server agent when the services are down. We are able to get the log files, but we need to receive an email notification when the server is down..

Any Comments or Suggestions to make it work .
