User can see data in the application, but can't in the access point

Hello,

One of the users said that he is able to see data in the app when opening it on the server, but can't see the data when opening the app in the Access Point.

Do you have any ideas what is the reason for the issue?

Hi @vchuprina ,

I have couple of questions

Is the user opening the app using the Desktop application?

Is the user using the same credentials while opening the app on the accesspoint and the server?

Is Section access applied on the app?

Hi @vchuprina,

Can you provide a fuller description of the end user's issue and some screen captures if possible?  When you say, "able to see data in the app when opening it on the server" are you meaning that user opens app via QV Desktop installed on the QV Server? The issue only occurs with a specific QVW?
