User cannot refresh from Access Point using Ajax as browser

Hi!

We are using Publisher to reload a qvw on the server, but we want the user to choose when she/he will refresh the dashboard in the browser.

Reload works fine on the Access Point. We have tested automatic refresh in Ajax and that works fine too, but we want the user to select when the dashboard shall be refreshed after a reload.

The Refresh-button works fine from IE-Plugin, but we are not able to do a refresh from the ajax client.  Nothing happens when the user push F5 or select Refresh in Ajax. 

We are using QlikView 11 SR2 and Internet Explorer 9.

Are there other settings in the document, on the server or in Internet Explorer 9 that must be changed to let the user be able to refresh from Ajax?

I hope someone can help us with this problem because we want to use Ajax and we have users waiting for this functionality.
