The setting from "working set" determine the Min- and Max-Using from RAM through QV - a small explanation is in the manual.

I too noticed this. But I am really interested to see more detail on this and could not find any.:(

With these settings you could control how qv behaved on a server. This is only important if other programs and services parallel runs, because qv will always use the complete RAM (and CPU too - settings here in QEMC) of a server and hence disturb or kill other processes even those from OS. The working set is the only way to prevent this and limited the RAM usage.
