a new folder and a category has been created on the QlikView server Client managed version May 2024 and users cant' see the category on the QlikView AccessPoint. Any idea why?

There is a setting within the document-properties in tab server on the bottom right - to filter the access point in regard to the applied section access. Just disable the option.

This works now even though all may 50+ apps have this property checked and work fine. In the last 14 years I had created new folders 3-4 times and hadn't experienced such a situation like in the last 5-6 days..
