install server ok but i can't see the documents since client computer

Hello,

I install my version 11 of qlikview in a server windows 2008 64bits

I install the plugin IE on my computer but I don't know how to see my documents?

The access point has a message "loading" but nothing else arrived on the screen.
can you help me?
