Do not know, whether I understood your question right: You want to load only those values, where EYear is lowest? You may join an indicator for the smallest EYear and the filter for it:
JOIN pname, MIN(EYear) AS EYear, 'min' AS indicator RESIDENT p GROUP BY pname, EYear; mp: LOAD pname, EYear RESIDENT p WHERE indicator = 'min'; DROP TABLE p;
