nothing happen when click add user in assignd CALs

when i click add user in assignd CALs menu nothing happen

no popup to choose user

i try with google chrome, ie, firefox

it same result.

Can you find the users in the QMC > Users > User Management tab? Is the DSC set up properly so the users can be found? If users can be found, do they show anything in the CALs tab?
