qvp://<server>/ could not be opened when more than one user

I have installed Qlikview server and various other stuff on our server. All appeared to be working fine until I went to show a colleague how I was getting on. If I had a document open in the ActiveX Analyser, he got the message above. If I came out, he could then get in, but then I got the same message.

This is rather frustrating!

it turned out that a refresh of the licence fixed the problem.

In the License page I clicked on Contact License Enabler Server and magically it now works.
