schecule reload in Qlikview Manager Control no action How do i in this case

HI

I set schedule on Qlkview Manager Control on server ( i use QV 9 R 3) in this step

1. Select User Document and Select xx.qvw file and select Reload Option = Always

2. Select Reload menu and clik Dialy option every 1 day at 08:00

(I check time zone on server is correct )

but schedule is not action

how do i in this case
