I'm trying to add a user group to the distribution list, but the DSC is not returning any search results as shown in the screenshot below. The manual entry box is also not available.
This is a known bug where when you do a * (not wildcard search) it doesn't return anything, but you are not showing that in your example. Just opening the manager will not show users and groups without you doing some type of search. If it is the bug you will have to contact support for the patch or upgrade to 11.20 SR12.
Upgrading to SR12 would be your best option, based on this link.
