A blue line appear with scroll bar in pivot table

When the pivot table has a scroll bar, it show a blue line besides the scroll bar.

It is not cell border.

It appears only when there is a scroll bar.

Vertical:

Horizontal:

I have no ideas how it happens.

How can I remove them?

Try like this

*Select Design Grid from the design tool bar menu ...

*Right click on the Pivot table and select the custom format cell

*Check have any broader for the cells

OR

*Go to chart properties >layout

*check the Scrollbar background and style once
