API Connector FTP for QVSource connection error

I can connect to the following website with my browser but not via the QV Source API FTP connetor , any ideas on how to debug?

Could you send an email to support@qvsource.com with screen shots showing the exact table you are using and all input parameters (excluding password which should be blanked anyway) and also the full error message?
