Not a bug, Qlikview Version 11 SR2(11.00.11440) does not support IE11. You can read more the system requirements ( see attachment). If you can downgrade to IE9 for the meantime you can use Chrome or Firefox.  Only V11.20 SR3 and above support IE10 and V11.20 SR6  supports IE11.

Are you running IE11 and QV version less than 11.2 SR5?

If so that might be the problem.

Hi Jerry, yes I'm in IE 11 but how can I see the QV version? In my management console?

Open any application with Ajax - right-click any blank area in the document and select "document support information" it will tell you Client built.

Or  ask your Qlikview server administrator to open QMC>system>about>under Client build number.

Guiseppe,

This is my version of QV 11.0.11440.0.

So, now, I'm using Google Chrome as the browser and it is working very well: strange or bug!!!

That was exactly the problem I had recently. My IE at v9 kept crashing and our IT couldn't figure out why. The only options were to upgrade to v11 or reimage my laptop. I went with IE11 and lost scrolling capability, but I too got it back by using Chrome or FF. I've since reimaged (and gone back to IE v9) as well as upgraded to v11.2 SR6. No probs with that so far. YMMV

Many thanks for your support.

I have many other questions:

- Bookmaker (Access Point): how can I share these with colleagues?

- The user on the Access Point can copy/past object: the reason is I did not deselect the tick box in my object properties?

Many thanks for your help.

To share bookmarks you

when you create the bookmark you may select "share bookmark with other users" - this will be shared to everyone.

If you wan to make it more exclusive or specific user, you go to repository>bookmark>select gear icon> sharing> you'll se the options there.

Copy/paste you must switch to native mode in Ahjac by Clicking ctrl+shift+right-click.

Giuseppe,

Thank you. It means that "select bookmarks" mentions the bookmark you create and if an other user wants to see the shared bookmark, he is to go to "repository". Indeed?

I did not catch your point with "Copy/paste you must switch to native mode in Ahjac by Clicking ctrl+shift+right-click"
