If user MNPR should be able to access this document in the AccessPoint and he/she cannot, then there is a problem with your Section Access data.

How did you specify Section Access table entries?

Your document is using Section Access, but you don't know what it is? Maybe you should ask the developer of this document?

The Authorization tab is only available if you have an Enterprise Edition server, and you switched it into DMS security mode.

As an alternative, you can also check the NTFS rights of the published document. Do you have access to the QlikView server (TS, RDP or console access)? If so, start Windows Explorer, navigate to the directory in which your AccessPoint documents are published (by default this is C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Documents, check the actual value in QMC), right-click the document, select Properties->Security->Advanced and open the "Effective Access" tab. Click "Select User", enter the domainname\username of user MNPR, and click OK. Then click the View Effective Access button (2012) or check the list of effective permissions. Has this user the necessary permissions to read/view this document?
