Access Point problem for one user

Hi all,

I have a never seen problem for one user on Access Point just for one app. For all the others users it's ok, but for him i have incomplete data, 0 for some KPI, and  40% or 50% for some others KPI. Sounds like a partial and random reload. An the app is not frozen he is able to make sélections and change tab.

I can't figure how it's happens.

Any idea of what can happen??

We also faced the same issue and your solution to delete " REMOVE LAST DOCUMENT STATE " helps us to resolve the issue.
