Accesspoint Issue

Hi All,

I am facing one issue that i developed pivot report and distributed to server.

However users unable to see expand all symbol(+) in pivot report. (They can not see full report)

I hope it is browser issue, need your assistance to resolve the issue.

Can you please give a bit more information here.  Perhaps a screenshot from the Desktop and from Access Point showing the differences in what the user sees.  Can you please also advise what client versions (eg. IE plug in / specific browsers) it occurs in.  Version of QV on the Server would also be helpful.

This is because your Pivot table may got corrupted , Please make it again. I'm familiar with same kind of issue in past.

Does the same Pivot table work in your Desktop with webview mode properly?

also as Amit mentioned sometimes the object might have been corrupted you may recreate it to work it.

Hi,

In Qlikview Desktop check the Pivot table in Webview mode, if it is working correctly then it should definitely works in Accesspoint also.  Before doing that "Remove Last Document State" by clicking on View Details link of the Dashboard in Accesspoint and check.
