Accesspoint keeps prompting username and password

Hi all,

we recently migrated to new servers.

we have the issue where when a user enters the URL, it keeps asking for username and password.

the settings under LAN options are already set to "automatic logon with current user name and password"

Keep in mind that the users should be able to automatically log in using their Active Directory details (windows logon credentials)

any advice on how to prevent the accesspoint prompting for username and password each time?

A few tips (many things can go wrong here and cause the behavior you are talking about):

• Join your new machine in a Domain
• In QMC->System->Setup->Directory Service Connectors->Your server->Active Directory, make sure your Domain is present.
• In QMC->System->Setup->QlikView Web Servers->Your server->Authentication, select type=NTLM and Login Address=Default login page
