Active Container Object

Does anyone know how to determine which chart or object is currently active within a Container object? I can't figure it out using the API Guide.

The OnActivate event was dropped in version 11. The macro itself still works but it needs to be triggered via a button (see attached) or some other method.

Triggers option should be available in container object. This is a basic requirements.

I also wonder how did u figuered it out.

1. I use containers a lot, but still wrestle with few bugs they have:
2. can't write more then 1 line on a tab
3. when placing a straight table in the container, or when chart dimentions exceed the container width, no horizontal scroll bar appears
4. can't find a way to identify (in amacrom for example), which tab was selected

I'll try to post it in the QV bugs.

How do you join QV Bugs ?

Hi,

I am working with QV11 and I encountered the above mentioned bug in container object "when placing a straight table in the container, or when chart dimentions exceed the container width, no horizontal scroll bar appears".

When I turn Web View Mode on, the horizontal scroll bar do appear but when I change it to normal QV desktop mode it doesn't. Do you have any updates on this?
