ActiveX component can't create object..

Good day!

Today i've met problem with using macro.

When i run it, it gives me an error:

ActiveX component can't create object..

Document has right settings (screen in attachment). it works, when i run it as user on server. But when i run on as desktop user, it doesn't work.

Anyone knows, how to solve this problem?
