Add Weekend Data to Next Weekday

I have a table that shows daily payment data. Is there a way to add data that falls on Saturday and Sunday to Monday's data? Please see sample below:

                             Date           Count               $Amount

Monday                1/22             120                    5,000

Tuesday                1/23            241                   6,750

Wednesday           1/24            92                     3,442

Thursday               1/25           103                    4,800

Friday                    1/26           300                   10,000

Saturday                1/27            25                      900  

Sunday                  1/28            14                     250 

Monday                  1/29           190                    7,000

...

...

I want to add data for Saturday (1/27) and Sunday (1/28) to the Monday (1/29), so that monday shows as:

                            Date           Count               $Amount

Monday                1/29             229                    8,150
