Aggr Embedded IFs

All,

I have a pretty lengthy If(Sum()) > then statement, that populates the variance of Hours Worked Over Target hours, So right now i have a straight table with that looks Something like example below. I want to create two text boxes that displays the Count(distinct [Employee Name] has a positive variance, and one that has a Count(Distinct( [Employee Name]) that has a negative variance. The variance formula is a pretty extensive formula. Any recommendations?
