Aggr function

I want to create the paging no. for each name present in dept.

page no. will be created after every 4 name  in a dept ,but I dnt want to use name as dimension

I have used  Ceil(Aggr(RowNo(),name)/4)

as expression but it will not  work if I remove the name  from the dimension it generate a blank valie

Selection Name

and Hide column

if you don't want to remove the field from dimension, then why you are removing? If you don't want name as dimension then just hide it as suggested by Manish
