Thanks sunny,
One more question
I want to find Difference of Sales for each SalesmanID with in a productID with the lowest in the ProductID, Can you please look into it.
I see that you have dimension limits in your straight table. What is the exact output you are looking for? Can you provide the expected output in an Excel file?
The requirement is the table should show the top three salesmanID and they wants to see the difference of their sales for each product group with the lowest salesmanID.
Is it not possible with Dimension limits ??
When you say lowest, is it the lowest from the complete list of SalesmanID or lowest within the top three
with in top three per product group
Try this:
Sum(Sales) - Min(TOTAL <[Product ID]> Aggr(If(Rank(Sum(Sales)) < 4, Sum(Sales)), [Product ID], [Salesman ID]))
Thanks Sunny it worked
