Hi,

I need to check the sales of each country and if any of the country has sales less 3000 then a message should be displayed.

How to do this using alerts?

I have solved this by creating a bookmark which contains the Countries which are having sales less than 3000 and used that bookmark in the alert.

I think its possible..

you should have an flag that will be your indicator whether that country's Sales is less than 3000..

e.g (Condition in Alert)

1 = Yes

0 = No

=Sum(SalesFlag)>0
