Alert on sheet object

hai everyone,

how can i provide for a particular sheet object,

In my file one sheet object(scatter chart) will show defects in a image, now i required is if more than 10 defects in same place within the image then i should get an alert message.

How can i work on this.

Please can you share your ideas on this post.
