Alerts not working in Management console

Dear all,

I am developing a qlikview dashboard to monitor the dashboards I already finished.

So I have a certain condition in the alerts list and if this condition is true, Qlik will send me an email. I got everything working in the desktop version. Several emails were fired. Then, I scheduled the document in Qlikview management console, and nothing happened. Only when I opened the document in the folder, the alert was fired. I changed the setting "Mode" to "Batch" instead of "Interactive". However now it does not work at all, even after opening the document.

Any ideas?

I am disappointed that I can use only one single email for the entire QMC, for all the dashboards. Anyway, I solved the issue. I configured the email inside the QV document and also in the QMC with the same user.
