Alerts popup fires but no mail option

Hi Guys,

I have a few alerts set up and they should show a pop up message and send a mail under a certain conditions ( and it was working until very recently!! - though a few developers do have access so may have changed something!!)

It still fires the pop-up but does not trigger for the mail to send can anyone advise ? the user preference  mails and server is all still set up and sends the test mail.

any version changes? provide the exact QlikView Local client version you are running

when I use the test  feature in the user preferences section the email is received.

The pop up is appearing but the mail is not firing

Hi Hector

I actually never fixed it nor identified the cause - as it turned out my requirements changed so I no longer needed it but I would be interested in knowing what happened.

Please advise if you get to the bottom of it
