Your Expressions are too resource intensive , try doing some of your calculations in the script.

Maybe monitor your CPU and Ram usage when using the model to establish if this is the cause.

Some of your objects consume more memory.

To check that go to Sheet Properties --> Object tab.

Swapnil,

Just increase the size of the memory for the object in the General tab---Memory in the same sheet. Sometimes the expressions will cause this issue. So can you please provide the complete details.
