Alreday grouping is there on my data. Why aggregation in pivot table?

HI Arja,

IF suppose you have 4 fields(ID,  Year , Month,  Sum(Sales)). grouping on these fields and you want  more grouping only(ID, Year,   Sales)

ID,  Year, Sum( Sales) at that time Aggr Function used,

2. For ranking purpose also used for this function.
