Hi all, any ideas why old QVW's build in verison 10 don't have the option of Alternate State in new or old objects even though I have upgraded to version 11 sr1?
Brand new QVW's work ok and show the alternate state as long as I don't have a QVW made in V10 open at the same time!
I found it - very lax of QlikView I'd say. It's in Documents Settings General and if you add a new state then the normal ones of <inherited> etc appear in objects. You would expect the generic states to just appear like they do in a new QVW in V11. Ah well, got it working now.
