Alternate state

Hi all,

I need to link the two objects in my dashboard.So I have used the Alternate state through out the dashboard.now the problem is in my year selection.If I select Year -2015,2016 chart need to show two year of data .But my charts are now showing the month view data.How to achieve my year view data in chart by using alternate state.
