Animation not supported in Ajax/Java client

Hi,

I want to show animation in my chart and its working fine in my machine.

When I deploy it in the server its not working. I heard that animation will not support in Ajax/Java client.

How do I resolve it?

You are right. Animations are not supported in Java/Ajax client.

You can use IE plugin client in order to view the animations.

Hi,

Qlikview AccessPoint showing all 3 clients, but I'm not able to use IE Plugin client to open any file. I could open the files only from other 2 clients (Java & Ajax). When we deployed it from server, we've enabled all 3 clients.

Why I'm not able to open the file in IE Plugin client?

Have you installed the IE plugin in your machine? if not please install the plugin and try accessing the document
