Any issues with saving bookmarks in ajax running through citrix?
We are experiencing some intermittent issues with some users trying to save bookmarks. We use the ajax client exclusively, and one common thing for some of the issues is that they are running through CITRIX.
Basically when you click OK to save a bookmark, sometimes nothing happens. The dialogue box closes, but the bookmark is never added to the list of bookmarks.
We experience the same thing except it is not exclusive to Citrix. Some documents show the Bookmarks but most do not; you can see the bookmarks in the Server Object within the managment console, but they do not shot up in the dropdown for the users.
If a user click Remove Bookmark, it shows up to remove... it just doesn't show up in the dropdown to select in the main bar.
