Hi I have the following table:
Region | Site | Person |
---|---|---|
ABC | A | Z |
ABC | B | X |
ABC | B | Y |
DEF | C | W |
DEF | C | V |
DEF | D | U |
I want to create the following indicators. I want the site counter to start over for each region and the person counter to start over for each site.
Region | Site | Person | Region Num | RegionalSite Num | RegionalSitePerson # |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
ABC | A | Z | 1 | 1 | 1 |
ABC | B | X | 1 | 2 | 1 |
ABC | B | Y | 1 | 2 | 2 |
DEF | C | W | 2 | 1 | 1 |
DEF | C | V | 2 | 1 | 2 |
DEF | D | U | 2 | 2 | 1 |
Try something like this:
LOAD Region,
Site,
Person,
AutoNumber(Region) as RegionNr,
AutoNumber(Region&Site,Region) as RegionSiteNr,
AutoNumber(Region&Site&Person, Region&Site) as RegionSitePersonNr,
recno() as ID
