Average count

I need to calculate the average number of attendances for each college and a specific term code eI am using the code (below) as this type of code has worked for me in the past with similar data. 

Count({<COLLEGE_CODE={'AF','BF','HF','SF'},TERM_CODE_EFF={'2012-13'},[No Attendance]={'X'}>}[No Attendance])/Count(Total{<COLLEGE_CODE={'AF','BF','HF','SF'},TERM_CODE_EFF={'2012-13'},[No Attendance]={'X'}>}[No Attendance])

However the data returned is not what I expect  as I get 0.1.& 0.2 when the average should be around 100 to 140 each

Any help appreciated
