Before() in Pivot table

Hi All,

Just a question in using before() in pivot table, i want to use it but my 1st quarter is always empty.

the dimensions are by Year, Qtr-Year.

So if I have year 2012,2013,2014; I know that for 1st quarter of 2012 is empty, but the rest for 2013 and 2014 all 1st quarter is empty.

How can i fix this?
