Black column when I add a new field to a table

Hello everyone,

In an existing application, there is a table. I was asked to add a field to the table. The problem is when I do so, there is a black column (you can see in the attached file) and I don't know where it comes from.

Any idea ?

Thanks for your answer. I eventually did another table and I got what i wanted.
